Exhibited significant swallowing dysfunction before intervention, including difficulty swallowing saliva; proximal lower limb weakness manifested as labored stair-climbing, inability to run, and limited ability to adjust posture while lying down; reduced range of motion in upper limb elevation, incomplete finger extension, and muscle soreness/fatigue after maintaining flexed positions.
After nutritional decoction intervention, speech clarity improved, upper limbs could be raised higher, and finger extension range increased; swallowing function and oral secretion management significantly improved, now enabling running activities, with overall motor function and quality of life enhanced.
