experienced significant muscle weakness in both lower and upper limbs before intervention, with labored speech, reduced clarity, and markedly limited walking ability. She also had atrophy in the thenar eminence of the right hand and lower limb muscles, along with difficulty defecating and constipation.

After intervention, stiffness in the neck muscles was alleviated, bowel movements improved, and constipation was largely resolved. The cold sensation in the extremities disappeared, and her overall physiological condition remained stable.
