Pre-Intervention Symptoms:

Fasciculations (visible muscle twitching)

Decreased upper limb muscle strength, manifesting as weak hands and limited extension

Atrophy of the thenar eminence ("tiger's mouth") and shoulder muscles

Poor overall mental state

Post-Intervention Improvements:

Fasciculations eliminated

Significant increase in upper limb strength, now able to lift objects of certain weight

Recovery of shoulder muscle strength and increase in muscle volume

Marked improvement in overall mental state
